Massive Ice Stones and Widespread Impact

Residents witnessed large ice chunks as large as 7 centimeters in particular locations. Weather authorities confirmed that multiple regions across the state had been hit with large hailstones.

Tomorrow was forecast to be the wettest day, with continued severe weather risk anticipated across various areas of both regions.

Medical authorities warned that there was an increased chance of thunderstorm-induced asthma across the state's northern country region, especially given the existing atmospheric conditions.
