Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying different areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the current oversight release.
